The gauntlet will be thrown down on Saturday night. The West team, which has a six-game winning streak against the East, will be challenging their counterparts as the 39th annual Kansas Shrine Bowl football game takes place. Kickoff for the prestigious all-star game, which benefits Shriners hospitals, is set for 7:08 at Emporia’s Welch Stadium on the Emporia State University campus.
