RUSSELL — Theodore Clark "Ted" Luebbers, 64, of Russell, died Nov. 2, at Russell Regional Hospital. Ted was born July 3, 1946, in Great Bend, the son of Elmer "Fritz" and Bernice (Straub) Luebbers. He grew up in Claflin and graduated from Claflin High School in 1964. Ted was united in marriage to Kathey Oeser on April 1, 1965, in Claflin. This union was blessed with two children, Jeff and Lisa.
