LARNED — The Pawnee County Humane Society has scheduled two special events for Labor Day, Sept. 3. The Pawnee County Humane Society’s will sponsor the 7th Annual Labor Day Dog Swim and the 2nd Annual Labor of Love 5k and 10k run.
