HUMBOLDT — Marcell B. (Bernard) Tinkler, 88, of Humboldt, passed away Nov. 3, at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. Bernard was born at Gypsum on Dec. 12, 1921, the son of Irl N. and Maudie M. (Mounkes) Tinkler. He served as an airborn radio operator/navigator during World War II from 1942 through 1945.
