City continues June Jaunt next year; cancels Ladies Night Out

ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood City Council approved $2,500 to the Chamber of Commerce for next year’s June Jaunt.
The council was in agreement that the June Jaunt was successful and promoted Ellinwood.
Nancy Baird, Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce, requested the money because putting on the event was a burden on the chamber. The chamber said they would be cancelling Ladies Night Out spring event.
