Opal A. Weaver will celebrate her 99th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 21 at the Cedar Park Place gathering room. Friends and family are invited to share in the celebration. Hosts for the event will be her children, Max and JaNelda Manor of Wamego, Gene and Karen Weaver of Wichita, Donna Campbell of Larned, Keith and Oleta Beckwith of Great Bend, Terry and Carolyn Holland of Baton Rouge, La., and Gary and Vicki Pillard of Marysville.
