Leona Chestnut, 90, died Sept. 21 at River Bend Assisted Living, Great Bend. She was born Aug. 27, 1922, at Newton, the daughter of Jacob and Katherine (Bergen) Androes. She married Clarence Ralph Chestnut July 6, 1948, at Great Bend. He died June 30, 2012. She worked for Fuller Brush in production for 15 years, retiring in 1987.
