PRATT — James ‘Jim’ W. Zeltner, 70, died Sept. 25, 2012 at Pratt Regional Medical Center. Born on March 9, 1942 in Richmond, Mo., he was the son of James R. and Roma Irene (Swetnam) Zeltner. On March 18, 1962, he married Cuma M. Vinson in Great Bend. In 1968, he moved to Pratt and was a reporter for The Pratt Tribune and later was editor and wrote the Lefthand Corner column.
