Kevyn Soupiset, Larned Chamber president; Courtland Holman, Larned Chamber director; State Senator Allen Schmidt, D-Hays; and Dennis McKinney, candidate for Kansas House 117th District; toured the Larned Mental Health Correctional Facility and the Juvenile Justice Authority Monday in Larned. The visitors said they were impressed with the innovative programming and the high level of commitment by the public service professionals.
