ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — Rookie running back C.J. Spiller keeps providing a spark to the Buffalo Bills offense. And Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer is starting to gain chemistry with T.O. and the Bengals’ revamped receivers.
