Florence O. Mai, 92, died Dec. 6 at Great Bend Regional Hospital. Born Oct. 3, 1920, at Galatia, she was the daughter of Emanuel and Elizabeth (Popp) Nuss. She married Walter Adam Mai Oct. 7, 1941, in Russell. A Great Bend resident since 1945, coming from Galatia, she worked as a clerk for Sears, Alco and other department stores. Mrs. Mai was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Great Bend. She enjoyed sewing, needlework ...
