Great Bend Fire Department Firefighters had five Emergency Medical Service calls on Wednesday. At 10:05 a.m. they were dispatched to 1801 Second St., where a propane leak had caused a fire in a small trailer used for cooking. Loss was estimated at $2,500. There was also one false alarm.
