HUTCHINSON — Jacqueline Elaine Bliss, 84, died Dec. 26 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Hamilton, the daughter of John Henry and Violet Georgia (Guffey) Rush. On June 23, 1945, she married Wayne A. Bliss in Inman. He died Sept. 22, 1998. She was a resident of Great Bend from 1952 until moving to Hutchinson in 1986. She was a homemaker and a foster parent for South Hutchinson Elementary School.
