LARNED — Frank M. Lemuz, 61, died Jan. 3 at Hays Medical Center. Born Feb. 8, 1951, in Larned, he was the son of Cirilo and Josefa Marquez Lemuz. A lifetime area resident he was a retired LMHT from the Larned State Hospital. Mr. Lemuz was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the American Legion, both of Larned.
