AUSTIN, Texas — Terry Lee Waugh, 75, died Dec. 30, 2012, in Austin (Lakeway), Texas. He was born on Aug. 31, 1937, to Bernard “Jack” and Ida (Bauer) Waugh. He attended Great Bend High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. He married Kaye Morgan. His career in railroad, shipping and aluminum industries took his family from Illinois, to Pennsylvania, then to California. In 1979, he ...
