HAYS — Jeanne H. Baczkowski, 85, died Jan. 25, 2013 at Good Samaritan Society in Hays. Born July 10, 1927 in Charleroi, Belgium, she was the daughter of Emile and Henriette (Vairon) Lesne. On Aug. 7, 1948, she married Jean H. Baczkowski in Belgium. The family moved to the United States in 1957. He preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 2005.
