ELLINWOOD — William Henry “Bill” Kimpler, 89, died Dec. 8, 2012 in Oklahoma City. He was born March 24, 1923 in Ellinwood, the son of Esther Schartz and Henry Joseph Kimpler. He was a resident of Oklahoma City, formerly of Ellinwood. He married Myna Tipton in 1947 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ellinwood. She survives. Bill joined the Marines and served as a Master Sergeant in World War II and the Korean War, ...
