LAWRENCE — Ben McLemore scored 30 points on his 20th birthday, Jeff Withey dominated in the paint and No. 14 Kansas routed No. 10 Kansas State 83-62 on Monday night to snap a maddening three-game skid and forge a tie for first in the Big 12.
