Kansas Highway Patrol A 22-year-old McCracken man died Sunday after a 2003 Dodge passenger car went off 220 Road in Ness County. At 7:43 a.m., as Skyler Allen Jones was driving east on 220 Road, two miles west of McCracken, he lost control of the car. It veered off to the south, then rolled multiple times landing on its top.
