ELLINWOOD — Roger D. Berger, 53, submitted himself to God at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America of Tulsa, Okla. on Feb. 23, 2013. Born April 14, 1959, in Kimball, Neb., he was a lifelong resident of Barton County. He was the son of Ernest Victor Berger and Lydia Alene (Feemster) Berger.
