Grandparents of the bride-elect are Larry and Eileen Wineland of Hays and Johnny and Lula Belle Matlock of Harrison, Ark. Great-grandmother of the bride-elect is Marjorie Wineland of Hays. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Bob Jarmer and Jeannie Munsch of Great Bend and Lee and Pat Petz of Ellinwood.
