Man accidentally shoots self in leg

KINGMAN — Authorities from Kingman County are investigating a shooting that sent James A. Kraft, 53, of Claflin  to a Wichita hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg, according to the Hutchinson News.
At 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, investigators say Kraft was removing a .45 calibar handgun from the console of his car, when the weapon was accidently fired.
Kraft was taken to a nearby hospital, then later transported to a Wichita hospital for treatment.
