Lady Panthers split twinbill at Garden City

GARDEN CITY — The Great Bend High School softball team dropped hits all over the place in Game 1 of a doubleheader against Western Athletic Conference foe Garden City on Thursday.
The Lady Panthers totaled 22 hits in a 16-1 run-rule victory in five innings, but fell 5-4 in Game 2.
