Boley to speak on ‘Kansas Quackers’

  The public is invited to come learn about some of the early doctors in Kansas during a program at 1 p.m. Monday at the Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Local history buff Joe Boley will present an informative program titled "Kansas Quackers," where he will talk especially about Dr. John Brinkly (1885-1942), the infamous "Goat Gland Docotor." This program is sponsored by the Great Bend Recreation Commission.
