Lane is featured speaker at Summer of Fire mission

ELLSWORTH — Richard Lane, son of NFL Hall of Famer Dick “Night Train” Lane, will be the featured speaker at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Aug. 4-6.  
St. Ignatius Church of Kanopolis is also helping to sponsor Summer Fire, Year of Faith Mission, with evening meetings at St. Bernard Catholic Church, located at 911 N. Kansas St. in Ellsworth. The public is invited to attend at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, and at 7 p.m. on Aug. 5 and 6. Hospitality will be provided following the mission each evening.
