Golden Belt Run for Life is Sept. 28

The Suicide Prevention Task Force of the Central Kansas Partnership is holding the “Golden Belt Run for Life” with a family and friends survivors’ ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Barton Community College. September is Suicide Prevention month and the local coalition wanted to promote Suicide Prevention in our community and hold an event that would help provide for needed community education.
The event will include a 2 mile walk, 5 K run, and a 25 mile bike race, followed by the survivors’ ceremony. Community partners who are interested in helping to sponsor the event are asked to contact Janel ...
