Great Bend Police Citations were issued Wednesday to Judith Evans, 46, and Jon Kubitscheck, 52, for battery domestic violence after the county attorney’s office declined to file charges in district court. Both were originally booked for on aggravated battery charges; their bonds were reduced to $1,000 with charges filed in municipal court. Both were later released on their own recognizance.
