Lady Panthers seize fifth place at invite


GARDEN CITY — The Great Bend High School girls’ golf team finished fifth out of 11 teams at the Garden City Invitational.
Senior McKenna Mauler led the Lady Panthers, shooting a 92.
Hannah Mauler carded a 109, Madeline Vesta shot a 110 and Michaela Cape finished behind her at 111.
Taylor Mohr shot a 113, and Kacee Kasselman carded a 129.
Great Bend travels to Salina South on Tuesday, starting at 1 p.m.
