​‘Consumed’ exhibit coming to Deines Center

RUSSELL — This month’s featured exhibit at the Deines Cultural Center in Russell is “Consumed.”  The exhibit features prints by Justin Marable from Topeka and sculpture by Juniper Tangpuz from Kansas City.
The show will run from Oct. 10th to Nov. 9, with an open reception from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12.
Deines Cultural Center Director Shannon Trevethan said the exhibit “Consumed” asks the two questions:  What is the impact of human consumption on the earth?  and How will we adapt to changes in energy and land use?
