GBHS Debate Squad competes at two tourneys and wins at both
The Great Bend High School Debate Squad competed at Lyons and Sterling on Saturday, Oct. 5th. At Sterling in the JV Division, Carter Sheffield and Jordan Stoulil placed 2nd out of 21 teams, with 23 speaker points. Stoulil stated, “It was a good surprise that we placed 2nd and I’m very proud.” At Lyons in the Varsity Division, Michael Gieck and Kameko Schultz placed 2nd out of 30 teams, with 19 speaker points.
