Vehicles driven by Nick Mean and Pam Becker collided in the 900 block of 10th St. at 2:43 p.m. Monday.
A known person allegedly shoplifted food from the Presto Convenience Store, 2337 Washington St.
Unlawful use of a financial card was reported.
The Golden Belt Humane Society was called to removed a puppy that was under a vehicle in the 400 block of Hickory St. and would not come out, Monday evening.
