Opal C. DeMoss 1915-2013

HOISINGTON —Opal C. DeMoss, 98, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 at Locust Grove Village in LaCrosse. She was born Oct. 13, 1915 at Nowata, Okla., the daughter of William and Sarah (Estes) Tate.
Opal, a homemaker, moved to Hoisington in 1975 from Anderson, Mo. She enjoyed sightseeing with her husband, painting, crocheting, and gardening flowers.
She married Charles Russell DeMoss on April 17, 1934 at Nowata, Okla.
Survivors include two sons, Vernon DeMoss of Hoisington, and Phil DeMoss of Hoisington; one daughter, Susie Hansuld and husband Chuck of Kansas City, Mo.; son-in-law, Mike Loreg, Jr. of Hoisington; fourteen grandchildren, Sheri ...
