​Icy roads cause accidents

At least two fender benders in Great Bend were attributed to icy roads on Monday.
A vehicle driven by Michael Gieck was westbound on 19th St. at 7:51 a.m. and slid into a vehicle driven by Storm McNett, who was also westbound.
Mariah Stein was driving a vehicle that slid in the 1400 block of Broadway at 7:57 a.m. and struck a vehicle driven by Natividad Garcia, who was stopped in traffic.
A man who fell on ice at 8:04 a.m. at 2302 10th St. was taken to Great Bend Regional Hospital by ambulance.
