Blue Dragons take late hold on KJCCC game to beat Cougars

The back-and-forth Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Western Division game came undone in the final five minutes for the Barton Cougars.
After trading leads four times in the first half, Barton took hold of the game, but Hutchinson gained the advantage with five minutes remaining in the second half on its way to a 98-85 win on Wednesday night at Kirkman Activity Center.
The lead changed four times and the game was tied six times — and that was just the first half of the Black-Out game for Barton.
Thanks to trio of 3-pointers from Deriece Parks, Barton held a 40-35 ...
