ELLINWOOD — Maurice Francis Thul, 87, died Jan. 1 at his home in Ellinwood. Born April 16, 1923, in Ellinwood, he was the son of John and Ida Dorothea Mayer Thul. On Feb. 14, 1949, he married Maxine W. Strodtmann in Ellinwood.
