PAWNEE ROCK — Samantha (Sami) C. Harter, 16, passed away Feb. 3, 2014 in Bellevue, Tenn.
She was born in Overland Park, the daughter of Doug and Amy Mull Harter.
Sami, as most called her, was a vivacious, happy, fun-loving girl with a huge heart and kind spirit. She attended Central Kansas Christian Academy through eighth grade and since has been a student at Larned High School. She was a member of the school choir, Beginnings Musical Group, forensics and was a cheerleader. She participated in the school’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes organization, as well as an active 4-H member ...
