Ellinwood’s Star of Hope plans new projects

A new church building is being built at Hesse, Haiti. The foundation has been dug. The 2010 earthquake destroyed this church in Hesse, and it will be replaced.

ELLINWOOD — Star of Hope, an independent Christian organization helping children across the world, announces three major construction projects in Haiti.
The first project is a two-classroom expansion of its school in Bois Negresse. The second is a church to replace the one lost in the 2010 earthquake in Hesse. The final project is relocating the Faith Children’s Home in Carrefour.
These three projects are under way, but create a challenge for the Star of Hope Haiti staff.
