LINCOLN, Neb. — Kenneth E. Kaiser, 91, passed away Jan. 13, in Crete, Neb. He was born Nov. 21, 1922 in Shaffer, the son of John and Rachel (Hanhardt) Kaiser.
Kenneth attended Rush County Public Elementary School and Otis Rural High School, class of 1942.  He graduated from Union College, Lincoln, Neb. in 1952 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He obtained his Master’s degree from Fort Hays Kansas State College in 1969. He was a teacher/principal in the rural school system in Kansas for 30 years.
