Cougars rally to beat Tabor junior varsity 7-4

The Barton Community College baseball team came from behind on Wednesday in Hillsboro, scoring six late runs to win 7-4 over the junior varsity squad of Tabor College.
The Cougars trailed 3-0 into the fifth inning before getting a single run, then tacked on three in both the seventh and eighth innings to get the non-conference win to improve to 20-15-1 on the season while Tabor drops to 1-2.
Three Cougars drove in two runs on the day, led by Trevor Turner’s 3-for-4 performance.
