Motorcycle driver injured on K-96

A Garden City man driving a motorcycle was injured Saturday afternoon on K-96 in Ness County, 4 miles west of Alexander.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports Dovon Todd Schuetz, 38, was traveling in a group motorcycles traveling east on K-96 at 2 p.m. when they came up behind a pickup that was turning left onto HH Road. Two of the motorcycles passed the pickup before it turned. Schuetz lost control of his motorcycle, a 2006 Harley-Davidson, and laid it over on the left side. He was not wearing a helmet but was wearing goggles.
