The simple exercises that will be demonstrated at the next Parkinson’s Support Group meeting could help with everything from walking to reaching for an item on a shelf.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 at St. Rose Ambulatory & Surgery Center’s St. Dominic Room. It is free and open to Parkinson’s patients and their caregivers, as well as anyone else interested in learning more about the disease.
