​College trustees to tour Planetarium, dorm

Three instructors granted tenure

The trustees of Barton Community College will tour the remodeled Planetarium this week.
At last Thursday’s Board of Trustees meeting, Barton President Dr. Carl Heilman said the board study session set for 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 8 will start 30 minutes early, at 3:30, with the trustees meeting at the Planetarium, which is located in the Science and Math Building.
Trustees will also be able to tour the new residence hall later this year, perhaps scheduling a ribbon cutting in August. The Aug. 14 meeting will include the annual budget hearing as well as the regular ...
