Oilers keep winning in tennis

CLAFLIN — The Central Plains Oilers won the Central Plains Quadrangular Monday in Claflin with 30 team points. Fairfield placed second with 13 points; Cimarron scored nine and Trego Community scored eight.
Number one singles player Michael Lamatsch placed first defeating Trego’s Isaiah Fabrizius 8-4; Fairfield’s Dalton Dunn 8-0 and Cimarron’s Alan Burl 8-0.
Brady Rugan played the number two singles spot for the Oilers and won his bracket defeating Trego’s Tyler Lowry 8-0; Fairfield’s Damian Espinosa 8-0 and Cimarron’s Jose Vasquez 8-0.
