Great Bend Fire Department Firefighters made three ambulance runs on Wednesday. At 3:37 p.m. they were dispatched to 3007 25th St. to check on an alarm, that was from cooking smoke. The was a report of a possible structure fire at 3125 Meadowlark at 4:11 p.m. Firefighters found a small burned area on the rug where a candle had been knocked over.
