Lady Cougars improve standings in Day 2 of tourney


DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The Barton Community College women’s golf team made a move on the second day of the NJCAA Women’s Golf National Championship being held at the LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona Beach, Florida.  
The Lady Cougars moved from 11th to ninth place with a consecutive consistent round of golf, shooting a 71 over par 359 after shooting a 357 in Day 1.  
With two days of competition remaining, freshman Natthakan Teeratrakul held her 14th overall standing, improving a stroke from the previous day to finish with a 79.
