Cooper 65th

Earl “Bill” and Norma Jo Cooper of Chase will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on June 5, with a card shower.
Norma Jo Miller and Bill Cooper were united in marriage on June 5, 1949, on the Miller farm near Chase. Bill worked in the oilfield, retiring from Thunderbird Drilling. Norma Jo was a homemaker, nurse’s aide and worked odd jobs. The couple has two sons, Art (Janie) of Bennington and Craig (Sabine) of Tucson, Ariz.; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
