Two busted on meth and other charges

At shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday, Barton County Sheriff’s Office deputies served two arrest warrants in Great Bend in conjunction with an ongoing drug investigation.
Arrested Tuesday were Kevin Adam Pekarek, 28, and Stephanie René Crawford, 26,  both of Great Bend.
Pekarek  was arrested at 1411 20th St. The warrant contained eight counts including a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, three counts of child endangerment as well as the possession with intent to sell methamphetamine. Pekarek is being held in the Barton County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
