Donald V. Fabricius, 80, died Jan. 18 at Kansas Medical Center in Andover. He was born Aug. 26, 1930, at Graham County, the son of Victor and Alice (Chalfant) Fabricius. He married Rosalie P. "Rosie" Billinger Sept. 26, 1959, at St. Anthony Catholic Church at St. Peter. He was owner and operator of Arrow Testing, and had been a Great Bend resident since 1962. Mr. Fabricius was a U.S. ...
