Construction will delay Kinsley to Larned traffic

LARNED — The Kansas Department of Transportation is scheduled to begin an asphalt road surface sealing project Monday on US-56 Highway from the west city limits of Larned in Pawnee County to the east limits of Kinsley in Edwards County.
Traffic through this work zone will be controlled by flagmen and pilot car, so drivers can expect delays of 15 minutes or less.
