Another one in the books;Ellinwood celebrates After Harvest Festival success

ELLINWOOD — The community of Ellinwood had a successful 41st annual After Harvest Festival with mild temperatures and large crowds at the July event, according to Chamber of Commerce Administrator J. Basil Dannebohm.
“This was the first year I had the honor of serving as chairman of the event,” said Dannebohm. “We brought back old traditions and introduced what we hope will become new traditions.”
He reported that the first night, the Logan Mize concert, had between 1700-2000 attendees. The Talent Show had 12 entries with 200 attendees.
